1. About Us

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update the Terms at any time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be of legal age and capacity to purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Products and Descriptions

We sell apparel (e.g., T‑shirts, shirts) and printed artworks created by Island Nomads. Colors, finishes, and sizing may vary slightly due to display settings, materials, or production tolerances. Printed artworks may be made‑to‑order; minor variations are not defects.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or compliance with laws and sanctions).

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and exclude/including taxes as stated. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees outside your country/region. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third‑party providers; we do not store full card numbers. We may use anti‑fraud and verification procedures.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide by courier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure. Title and risk typically pass upon delivery according to applicable consumer law. We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to legal restrictions.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs; unless required by law, shipping charges, duties, and the cost of uncollected goods are non‑refundable.

9. All Sales Final — No Returns/Exchanges (Subject to Statutory Rights)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable (e.g., defective products, goods damaged in transit, or mandatory consumer rights in your country).

10. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — Remedies and Claims

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@islandnomads.eu within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue. Where verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. We may request that you return the item; if so, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where the law requires.

11. Right of Withdrawal for EU/UK Consumers

If you are an EU or UK consumer purchasing as a natural person, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for excluded goods (e.g., custom‑made or clearly personalized items once production has begun; sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if unsealed). To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery using the model withdrawal form below or by clear statement. You must return products in original condition within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the product price (and standard delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are defective.

12. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, photographs, logos, and content on the site are the intellectual property of Island Nomads or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site, including by engaging in fraudulent activity, infringing intellectual property rights, introducing malware, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that grant you additional rights in your country of residence. EU consumers may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to seek out‑of‑court resolution.
